Healthy scrambled egg
Ingredients
2 eggs
Pinch of salt and black pepper
10g butter
1 slice wholemeal bread
Instructions
First, put the bread in a toaster. Butter the bread when it is toasted.
Whisk the eggs together in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
Melt a bit of butter in a non-stick pan and let it melt. Cover the pan surface with a thin coat of melted butter and then throw away any excess.
Add the whisked eggs to the pan and move them around constantly until the required consistency is reached. I like them a little bit wet, but some people like the eggs further cooked until they are dry.
Place the eggs on the bread and enjoy!
