Spicy Crispy chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
- 10 Chicken Tenders
- 8 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoon Tempura flour
- 14 tablespoon Tapioca starch
- 1 teaspoon Crushed garlic Paste
- 2 teaspoon Dehydrated Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Dehydrated Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
Directions: - Marinate your chicken with your Fresh Garlic paste, Dehydrated garlic, Paprika Powder, Chili Powder, Your crumbled Dehydrated Chicken Stock Cube and Black Pepper for 30 minutes..
- In another bowl mix together breadcrumbs, tempura flour and tapioca starch together with 1 teaspoon of pepper for some extra heat if desired.
- Prepare 2 plats
- 1 with the mixed dry ingredients and second with the lightly beaten eggs.
- Start by passing your marinated chicken into the beaten eggs.
- Then into your tempura flour, corn starch and breadcrumbs mixture
- At this stage your chicken is ready to be deep fried but if you want extra crispiness like I did, you can repeat the above step a second time.
- Finally dip your coated chicken into your hot oil over MEDIUM heat.
- Fry them into HOT oil. Fry the Spicy Chicken Tenders on both side for 10 to 15 minutes or till golden brown.
