Touffé de Banane Food Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Green Bananas
1 Red onion,
1 tomato,
Thymes,
Curry leaves,
1 chilli,
2 Tbsp vegetable oil.

Preparations:

Chop your onions and tomatoes. Set aside.

Peel and cut your bananas in slices. Wash and keep aside.

In a large pan, heat your vegetable oil and add your chopped onions and spices.

Brown the onions then add the bananas slices in the pan.

Allow the bananas to cook till it become soft then add water to its level.

Add your tomatoes slices. 

Cover your pan and let it simmer for 5 mins.

It's all ready!
