Traditional Belgian Fries
Belgian Fries
For 1 kilogram
Ingredients:
1 kilogram of potatoes
Oil ( Commercial cow grease if available ).
Utensils:
Peeler Fryer
Instructions:
1) Peel a kilogram of potatoes.
2) Cut them in equally sized bits.
3) Fry them at 160 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
4) Remove them from the fryer for about 10 minutes.
5) Put them back into it at 180 degrees Celsius and for about 5 minutes.
6) Take them off and place them in a large bowl. Add salt and mix well.
