Avocado and crab tartar Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 lemon
pepper
salt
170 g of crab
1 avocado
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

PREPARATION
Mix the crumbled crab meat with the mayonnaise.
Coarsely chop the avocados, add the lemon juice and then the mayonnaise.
Place a good layer of crab in a ramekin and cover with avocado.
Serve by unmoulding the ramekin. Present with a lemon.
