Bagel with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs Food Recipe

1 clove of garlic
olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
A few sprigs of chives
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
6 slices of smoked salmon
6 eggs
2 bagels or round rolls

Cut the bagels or rolls in half lengthwise. Rub them lightly with the garlic clove.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bagels or rolls on the crumb side until they are a nice golden colour. Set aside.
Preparing the eggs
In a lightly oiled frying pan, break the eggs and stir them continuously for 2 minutes. Add the cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Add a little more cheese if you think the mixture is not creamy enough. Keep them warm
Cut the chives into small pieces.
Immediately start to dress the bagel
On each half of the bagel (or roll), place the scrambled eggs and then the salmon on top. Decorate with a touch of cream cheese and a few sprigs of chives. Finish off with a light dash of balsamic vinegar.
