Banana muffin

INGREDIENTS
3 bananas
75 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
150 grams of flour
1 egg
70 grams of butter
PREPARATION
Mash the bananas.
Add the sugar and the lightly beaten egg.
Add the melted butter, then the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, bicarbonate).
Place in muffin tins.
Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
