Breaded fish Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 large fish fillets (haddock or basa)
2 beaten eggs
2 cups corn flour
2 cups breadcrums
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the fish fillet and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove all the excess water from the fish fillet. Cut them into quarters or to desired size and salt and pepper
Beat the egg in a bowl
Put the cornflour and the breadcrums in two separate flat plates
Dip the fish in the egg, then coat with the cornflour and then in the breadcrums
Heat oil in a frying pan
Fry the fish on medium heat until it is cooked and comes to a golden brown colour.
