Avocado Smoothie

1 cup Buttermilk
1 Small ripe Avocado
1 Egg Yolk
Cut the avocado into chunks. Combine all ingredients in blender on high until smooth. A nice smooth drink to kick start your day.

Golden Orange

1 Cup freshly squeezed Orange Juice
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tablespoon Honey
or Golden Syrup
Combine all ingredients in blender on low until foamy. Enjoy.

Banana Split

1 Cup Milk
1 Ripe Banana (medium)
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tablespoon Honey or Golden Syrup
Cut the banana in 1 cm slices. Put all ingredients in a blender. Combine on high speed until smooth. Pour in glass and enjoy.

Tomato Bouncer

1 Ripe Red Tomato
(medium size)
1 Cup Tomato Juice
1 Spring Onion
(white part only)
1 Egg Yolk
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Tabasco to taste.
Blanch tomato in boiling water for 1 minute. Peel and de-seed. Cut tomato in quarters. Finely chop the white part of the spring onion. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth. Enjoy as a pick me up the morning after too many drinks.
