8 wheat patties
400 g minced meat
8 lettuce leaves
grated Gruyere cheese
Fry the minced meat in olive oil and a little water.
When the meat is almost done, grill the chopped onion and pepper with the meat.
Add the tomato pulp; season with salt and pepper and add the paprika.
When the meat part is finished, heat the wheat patties in the oven for a few minutes.
Then place a lettuce leaf on each patty, the minced meat on top, the grated Gruyère cheese and the diced tomatoes.
Roll up the burrito and enjoy.
