Chess pie Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Pie shell
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. corn meal
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. Oils Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
Powdered sugar (for topping)

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, egg yolks, flour, corn meal, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add in butter and buttermilk.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until the pie reaches 200° F.
Let cool 6 hours or overnight.
Top with powdered sugar to complete your delicious pie.
