Chocolate and almond coffee fondant
125 grams of sugar
125 grams of dark chocolate
125 grams of almond powder
250 grams of boudoir
125 grams melted butter
40 centilitres of strong boiling coffee
Crush the biscuits in a food processor.
Mix the sugar and almond powder with the crushed biscuits.
Add the melted butter.
Add the boiling coffee and mix.
Put in a mould.
Put in the fridge for one day.
Turn out the next day and cover with melted dark chocolate and decorate.
