Courgette hot dog

INGREDIENTS
8 sausages
Grated Gruyère cheese
1 courgette per person
Mustard
PREPARATION
Boil a large volume of salted water and immerse the whole courgettes in it for about ten minutes (they should not be overcooked). Meanwhile, grill the sausages in a pan.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Drain the courgettes and cut them in half. Using a small spoon, scoop out the seeded part.
Brush the hollowed out part of the courgettes with mustard, then place the sausage on top. Sprinkle grated Gruyère cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
