- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for Spaghetti
Directions
1. Over medium heat a deep saucepan with around 5 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2. Meanwhile, thinly chop your onion
3. Stir into your hot oil, the chopped onions and cook for 2 to 3 minute
4 Follow by stirring in your Ginger and Garlic Paste and cook for a further 3 minutes
5. Cut your chicken fillet into small cubes
6. Stir in your onion mixture, the chop chicken fillet
7. Cook for around 10 minutes, still over medium heat
8. Finally pour in your canned tomatoes
You must notice I have still not salt or pepper..
This is because I will add my Dehydrated Diluted Chicken Stock Cube later on and to avoid ending up with a Gravy too salty, I hence prefer to add it at the last minute
Increase your heat to high
9. Cover and continue cooking for around 10 minutes or till your tomato sauce and oil has separated
10. Reduce heat to medium
11. Add in your deluted chicken stock
12. Give it a good stir
13. Allow to cook for further 5-8 minutes
14. Meanwhile sautee your shrimp in 1 tbsp oil for 2-3 minutes
15. Reserve
16. After 5-8 minutes, stir in your cooking cream
17. Stir well to evenly mix the flavors
18. Reduce heat to low
19. Add your thyme and chilli
20. Give a gentle stir
21. Add in your shrimp
22. Stir well and allow to simmer over LOW heat for another 5 minutes
23. Meanwhile, in a deep saucepan, bring to boil around 4 lt of salted water
24. When it starts to boil, add in your Spaghetti
25. Allow to cook to your desired firmness
26. While your Spaghetti is cooking, check your Creamy Gravy Sauce
27. If needed add salt and do not forget to pepper
28. When your Spaghetti is done, drain and drizzle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over your Spaghetti and mix well. This will prevent it from sticking
29. Add sauce to spaghetti
30. Stir over medium heat for 2 minutes
31. Finally, stir in all your aromatic herbs
32. That is your Coriander, Chives, Onions Springs as well as your mint leaves
33. Give a final good stir and rectify your pepper
Serve hot with a nice salad
