Curry de tofu sauté

Curry de tofu sauté Food Recipe

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. allspice
1 carrot
500 g cauliflower
250 g tofu curry

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry for 5 minutes in a little olive oil. Add the allspice, the cauliflower florets and the julienned carrot.
Add salt, stir and cook for a further 5 minutes (the vegetables should remain crisp). Serve with brown rice.
