Fish burger Food Recipe

4 burger buns
4 white fish fillets
100g fine breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 lemon
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
8 salad leaves
8 slices of tomato
200 g tartar sauce
salt and pepper

Beat the egg into an omelette. Pour the breadcrumbs into a deep dish. Wash and dry the lemon. Grate the zest over the breadcrumbs and mix well. Quickly dip the fish fillets in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs on both sides, pressing well to ensure that the breadcrumbs stick to the flesh.
Heat the oil in a pan. Place the fish fillets in the pan and cook over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the bread in half and toast in a toaster (or on the grill). Spread each half with tartar sauce. Add the fish fillet, two salad leaves, two tomato slices and cover with the other half of the bread. Serve immediately.
