Fruit Custard Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 SERVINGS:  

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 teaspoons of custard powder
  • 6-8 teaspoons of sugar
  • Half cup of mixed fruits ( apple, banana, grapes, strawberry)

    DIRECTIONS :

     
  • Pour milk in a saucepan and start heating over a medium high heat.
  • Combine the custard power and a very small amount of water in a small bowl.Mix thoroughly.
  • Add this mixture to boiling milk, stir continuously.
  • Add sugar as the milk starts to thicken. Continue stirring.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat when it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Allow the mixture to thoroughly cool.
  • Add chopped fruits and nuts.
  • Chill in refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Serve.
