150 g feta cheese cubes
1 tsp dried oregano
1⁄2 diced cucumber
1 green and 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin slices
1 onion, thinly sliced
50 g black olives
Dice the tomatoes and put them in a salad bowl.
Add the cucumber, green pepper and olives.
Mix with half the onion and the diced feta cheese.
Arrange the leftover onion and feta on top of the salad.
Add lemon zest and juice, season with oil and oregano, salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve.
