24 chicken wings
90 grams of honey
4 cloves of garlic
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of allspice mix
1 bird's eye chilli
Chop the bird's eye chilli and remove the seeds.
Peel and chop the shallots and onions. Peel the garlic and remove the thyme leaves.
Mix the shallots with the onions, garlic, chilli pepper, thyme, allspice mix, soy sauce and honey.
Place the chicken wings in an ovenproof dish, add the marinade and coat the wings well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the marinated chicken wings in the oven for 20 minutes, turn them over halfway through cooking and eat immediately.
