Madeleines with chorizo
110 g of flour
80 g salted butter
40 g grated cheese
0.5 sachet of yeast
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Start by melting the butter. Let it cool completely.
Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl, then add the eggs and smooth the mixture.
Add the cooled melted butter, chorizo and cheese.
Put in the oven and lower the temperature to 180°C.
