OREO MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS
4 OREO cookies
3 tbsp milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Crush OREO cookies by pulsing in a food processor or blender until a fine dust.
Add the OREO crumbs into the mug, then stir in milk until a smooth batter forms.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Serve immediately or top with favorite additions.

NOTES
To make a lighter cake texture, crush the crumbs into fine dust and add 1 teaspoon baking powder with milk then mix and cook as directed.
