Pâtes à l'avocat
250g of pasta
2 ripe avocados
20g roasted almonds
30g parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Remove the juice and zest from the lime.
Blend the avocado flesh with the juice and some of the lime peel, the parmesan and the roasted almonds.
Cook the pasta.
Drain and add the avocado pesto and mix well.
Serve on plates and sprinkle with a little parmesan and some almonds.
