1 pizza dough
1⁄2 bunch of basil
150g pepperoni (sliced)
2 balls of mozzarella
200 g tomato coulis
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix the tomato coulis with the 4-spice mixture and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Drain the mozzarella and cut it into slices.
Unroll the pizza dough and place it on an ovenproof tray, keeping the baking paper underneath. Brush with the tomato coulis and arrange the mozzarella slices.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Add the pepperoni slices and basil leaves.
Place in the oven for another 5 minutes.
