Smoothie energy Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS
150 ml of milk
10 ice cubes
1 stirred yoghurt
1 lime (juice)
2 Golden apples
2 oranges
3 ripe bananas

PREPARATION
Place the ice cubes in your blender and crush them. Then peel and chop all the fruit and add to the crushed ice. Add the lime juice, yoghurt and milk, blend and it's ready!
