Sweet potato fries

INGREDIENT
850 grams of sweet potatoes
1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
0.5 teaspoons of salt
30 grams of flour
1 teaspoon spice mix of paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper
PREPARATION
Peel the sweet potatoes.
Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into 1.5 cm chips.
Mix the flour, salt and spices in a bowl.
Mix the chips with the oil, add the flour to the spices and mix well.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a large baking tray.
Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
