Tarte salée au miel et courgettes Food Recipe

1 roll of shortcrust pastry
2 eggs
60 g fresh goat cheese
100 g feta cheese
10 cl of milk
2 courgettes
2 small onions
2 tablespoons of honey
salt and pepper, olive oil

Wash the courgettes, cut them into thin slices, do the same with your onions.
Start by frying the onions with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then add the courgettes. Fry the whole thing for a good fifteen minutes. At the end, add the honey.
Line a pie tin with the shortcrust pastry and prick it with a fork.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with the goat cheese crushed with a fork and the milk.
Season with salt and pepper and finally add the feta cheese. Pour the contents of your frying pan into your salad bowl, mix well and pour the contents of your bowl over the shortcrust pastry.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, put your quiche in the oven for 25 minutes and you're done.
