Verrine bananasplit Food Recipe

INGREDIENTS
50 g dark chocolate
Slivered almond
50 g powdered sugar or caster sugar
20 cl of whipping cream
Vanilla ice cream
2 ripe bananas

PREPARATION
Peel the bananas and mash them with a whisk to obtain a purée. This will form the first layer of the glass (2 heaped teaspoons of puree per glass).
The second layer is a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream that you can make yourself.
The third layer is melted dark chocolate with a little whipped cream, which you pour over the ice cream.
Whip the remaining whipped cream with the powdered sugar and add a little whipped cream on top of the chocolate in the fourth layer.
Finish off with a few minutes of golden flaked almonds in a pan.
